PROOF OF NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF TIME OF REDEMPTION
IN LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER 22
STATE OF IDAHO )
COUNTY OF MADISON ) ss.
REXBURG, IDAHO )
Richard R. Horner , being first duly .sworn, deposes and
.says: That he is the duly appointed, qualified and acting City Treasurer
of the City of Rexburg, a municipal corporation of Madison County, Idaho.
THAT, in accordance with Section 50-1745 I.C.A., he served or
caused to be served a partly written and partly printed notice on the
person or persons in actual possession or occupancy of the. property
described as follows, to-wit:
THAT, in accordance with Section 50-1745 I.C.A., he caused to be
posted a partly written and partly printed notice on the vacant property
described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 1 Block 7 (?riginal Addition
and also mailed said notice to the person in whose name said property
stood upon the tax records in the office of the County Assessor of
Madison County, Idaho; notice was mailed to Reed Larson & Robert Larson ,
the party in whose name the property was assessed at least one month
and not more than three months before the expiration of the time of
redemption of said property from delinquent assessments for the year 1981
and in Local Improvement District Number 22, an improvement
district regularly created and established in the City of Rexburg,
a municipal corporation. That the assessments or installments assessed
have not been paid as shown by the original unpaid delinquency certifi-
cate entered and on file for said year in the affiant's office.
THAT, a true and correct copy of said notice mailed and posted
as .aforementioned is attached hereto.
THAT the person or persons in actual possession or occupancy of
the said property, and upon whom a notice was served as shown. by the
affidavit of annexed hereto was
THAT no one was in actual possession and occupancy of said property
and the person in whose name it stands, upon diligent inquiry, cannot
be found in the State of Idaho, that notice was posted upon said
property by Richard Horner
THAT this proof of notice is filed in the Mice of th~ity
Treasurer to remain a permanent record in such ffice. \\
