How i's handicapped parking being addressed? The. new addition ladentifies 176- new occupants and would require at n��um an additional 44 puking spaces. The ASA Standards for Accessible Design lection 4.1.2 requires that 2 ce����_ T��s� ���c� s��uld be c�Qse �o �iedicapped parking sY�pro� buVdm"g and located off an accessible exit and route, Z. Section 1x.43.2.3 of the 1997 Uniform Budding Code (UBC) requires that 50°/0 of -all entrances be handicapped accessible. With -the addition., the entre bu�ding has 5 mam entries and many more cntranees out of individual rooms. The nein configuration would require at feast 3 accessible entrances. Section 1104. I .
