RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED: That the city Treasurer of the City of Rexburg,
Idaho, be and he is hereby directed and empowered to invest any
city money in his hands not then necessary for City expenses, in
any investment designated in Section 50-1013 Idaho Code, first
having secured the approval of the Mayor and the City Council
Member who is then Chairman of the Finance Committee.
