RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Congress of the United States provided an adjustment

program for the Teton Disaster Area, and
WHEREAS, among other projects designated as needed by the different
communities, the Congress of the United States provided that the City of
Rexburg, County of Madison, State of Idaho, be allocated the following economic
adjustment measures:

AND, 41HEREAS, at the time this program was authorized in June,
1977, the need for said projects existed, and
WHEREAS, the conditions have not changed and the need for such
projects still exists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Rexburg, County of
Madison, State of Idaho, is in need of the economic adjustment measures above
designated; and as soon as the funds are made available, the City of Rexburg
will immediately commence to utilize such funds for the installation and
construction of each of said measures above designated.

A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
..Rexburg, Pladison County, Idaho, was held on Wednesday, the 20th
',day of June, 1979, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m. at the City
(Hall, being the regular meeting place of said Council, at which
meeting there were present and answering roll call, the
,following, who constituted a quorum:

Darlene Blackburn
Absent: None
Also Present: City Clerk, Rose Bagley
City Attorney, Mary Smith
Thereupon the following proceedings, among others,
were duly had and taken:
