After much discussion the County agreed that the city would pay the jailors bills on people arrested for misdemeanors only and that the County taould have to pay all the rest. All Aye kE: DON RYDALCI-I COMPLAINS ABOUT SEWER H001< UP ON LID 19 Mayor Porter read a letter from Don Rydalch of 648 South 5th West. Mr. Rydalch maintains that when the sewer line was put down his street on LID, 19, the sewer line was put in to high to carry an additional bathroom in his basement. It would cost them an additional cost of $450.00 for a pump unit to elevate the sewage to the City line. Mr. Rydalch feels that as he paid '!;1,480.00 on LID 19 and is only getting half service, the City should give him a refund of 2450.00. The Council felt they should check into this before making a decision.
