Ric]iard Davis was instructed to buy the aircnnditioner from Mountain States
Telephone and have Jim Wood and Glenn Cooper give estimates and have it
installed at the present City Hall.

special sessioir on Mond~y evening, April 20, passed the following re-
solution.
1NIIEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Madison School District 11321
was desirous of locating a new High School outside the commercial' `"
zone of the city and
1VHEREAS, the site for the proposed new High School is now adjacent
to only residentially zoned property,
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Board of Trustees request the
Rexburg City Planning Commission and City Council of Rexburg, Idaho
to consider denying any and all petitions requesting a reclassifica-
tion from residential to commercial zone of any adjacent and nearby
properties to the site of the proposed new I-Iigh School. The Board
of Trustees would appreciate no reclassification of any nearby
properties until there could be an assessment of need for such
change which would be some date in the far future.'.

A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF -
REXBURG, IDAHO, TO CAUSE CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS AND PARTS THEREOF
WITHIN T[-IE CORPORATE LIMITS OF SAID CITY, TO BE GRADED, GRAVELED, PRIME
COATED, PAVED, CURBED, GUTTERED, SURFACE DRAINED, AND SIDEWALKS AND
SEWERS CONSTRUCTED THEREON: TO CREATE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 19
FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING SAID IMPROVEMENTS: TO DEFRAY THE COST AND EX-
PENSES OF SAID DISTRICT, AND THE COST AND EXPENSES OF SAID IMPROVEMENTS I
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIEll UPON AND AGAINST THE LOTS AND PARCELS OF LANll
