RE: BIDS:
Bids were opened for street, curb and gutter improvement, as-ollows:

'-ity Engineer Forsgren was asked to check the bids before a decision

T°lr, Bob Peterson, Tom Dixon and Mrs:°Elizabeth Hoopes presented a
Petition signed by 10 (teri) property owners giving permission for
TEEN TOWN to hold dances in the Burtenshaw building at 172 North
Second East and a Motion was made by Councilman Porter and seconded
by Councilman Virgin that approval be given for TEEN TO!rJ1V CLtiB to
head dances, etc, at 172 North Second East and that no charge would
be made for water and sewer. `rhe Motion carried.
RE: BUILDIIQG INSPECTORS' 1~iEETING:
43 i'~iotion was made by Councilman Porter and seconded by Councilman
Withers to attend the Building Inspectors° Meeting in Burley, Idaho,
on August 10th,1967 and 11th with allowance of 10¢ per mile for car,
ai:d actual expenses. The Motion carried.
RE: CITY WATER:
Mr. D. A, Hunter who is building outside of the City Limits requested
permission to hook on to Muir Mickleson` s water line and use city
water> Mayor Broc}c asked Councilman Porter to check wit?A Superintendent
Armstrong.
RE: BTi,LS:
Bills in the amount of 532,125,10 were held over from the July 19th
meeting, which were read and a Motion was made by Councilman Withers,
and seconded by Councilman Porter that the bills as read be a11o4~red.

Bills in the amount of 512,584.54 were read and a Motion was made by
Councilman Withers and seconded by Councilman Porter that the bills as
