water department, and he thought they should spend. same of it on First South to tie it into
'the well and that they only had 2 inch pipe there now and Mr, Armstrong would 1ilce to tie
on to the 8 inch on the highway and run it 3 hlocics to lst3ast and tie in into the 4 inch
line on Center and 6 inch on College 3vanue and 2 inch on First esst: that the wont rrouldrnt
he done until later in the £a~19 but that it should be done as some of those lines had b=en
in for 50 years, The Council was of the opinion the wor(4 should be done,

Klingler, seconded by Gordon Smith and unanimously carried that the Council accept the
