RE: Earl Garner Housing Project East of City:
D. D. Wilding reported that Earl Garner wants to know what the City will do to help him
with water lines for his housing project East of the City. Garner felt a 99 ft. wide street
wasn't necessary in that area, Wilding suggested the street be narrowed to 66 feet. It was
decided to establish the line and then let Garner move over to make a narrower street. After
some discussion about the new housing projects the City Attorney was asked to investigate if
the City can legally assist Earl Garner & E. L. Powell with their projects.
