':`ayor J. S. DeYlott presided at the meeting and the following councilmen vrere present: Nelson,'' Davis, Sutherland, I'lamm, Smart, P~igby. City Attorney Smith was also present. ifinutes of the previous meeting were read and on motion o£ Davis seconded by Sutherland, same were unanimously approved. ', Y]r. Ralph Parker met vrith the Council and e~:plained v,=test had been done so £ar, '~ in the planning boards attempt to obtain the remainder of the needed land for the ', Park on the highway north of the City. After some discussion on the sub,7ect the ;vtayor suggested that they m.,ft out at `the Paris sight the next night and loop over the two areas in question and:have )3arrick give them a bid on the leveling job to be done. This vras agreed to and the discussion tabled until next meeting.,.,. t;r. Parker also stated that L.Y.
