The need of additional help at the City Park eras discussed. Jolley recom~?ended that

Hose at 62~si per foot complete vrith couplings. On motion of Humphreys and seconded by
Cuiiirore above contract was approved by the council.

Ihereas, the City of Re:~burg, a municipal corporation is sponsor of a cer-
ta.i.!7 ?~rcmks project administration project for tl!e construction and creation of an
armory building in the city of Rexburg, Idaho, said project being l.not°rn as ;;50187,
and in order to comply vrith the 1a:7 vaith respect to such pirojects it is necessary
that t1~ro of the ;members of the city ~uncil, or ome n~nber of the council and the
mayor of the said city be designated anti authorized to represent the said city as
its agents in all matters p~tainin~ to the said project, and thc;t such designated
t~rsons or ager_ts have authority to bind the said city in all matters nertainiug
to said project.

aryl. they are hereby desir~?ated aId appointed to act as such agents for the said city
pertaining to the said piroject; aryl they are hereby given full power and authority
to represent, act for; and bind the said city in all matters pertaining to the said
project, includi!~g signing of all papers in relation thereto until siad building
has been completed and finally a_r.,proved and accepted by the 7;ia;,*or and ~uncil, or
until further order of the council herein.
Jo11ey seconded the motion to adopt said resolution. The president of the
council hereupon put the duestion on the adiption of said resolution; a vote vras
taken by roll call and the members of ~Lmcil voted as follovrs: Del.`_o'tt, aye;
