presiding. Roll call showed all members of die council present, Minutes of the
previous meeting even= read and on motion of Councilman Hopkins and seconded by Hanson

Whereupon said proposed ordinance vra.s read fully and distinctly by the Clerk. It vvas
moved by Cotuxcilman Petersen and seconded by Couneiltnan Tvliller that said ordinance
-s its first reading and that '~lxe provision of Section 3 of Chanter 11 of the
-revised Ordinance of the City of Rexburg requiring ordinances to be read on three
diifer~ent days be di speazsed vvi th, and that said proposed Ordinance be given its
second. and third readings at this time, vvhieh motion having been submitted to an
Aye and Nay vote tle vote eras as followd:

IT IS Ai,'R!+~BY IwSOLVED by the Pciayor and City Coui~.cil of the C;t;y of Rexburg,
Idaho, that, proposed Ordnance No. 337 has drily passed its second and third readings
as recured by levy and that said Oirl;nance be placed upon its passage and is hereby
passed and adopted.
The foregoing Resolution was thereupon submitted to an AYE and P?AY vote and,
the vote thereof ryas as follows:
