On March 7, 2006, Kirby Forbush presented to the Rexburg Planning & Zoning Secretary a Request and Application for a Final Plat for Willow Brook Estates, Division 4. 2. On March 16, 2006, Kirby Forbush presented to the Rexburg Planning & Zoning Commission the Request for approval of the Final Plat for Willow Brook Estates, Division 4. Mary Haley motioned to approve the Final Plat for Willow Brook Estates, Division 5, recommending the phase be changed to division #5, with the stipulation for an agreement for dedication of the right of way on Artic Willow Drive to be executed by the City. Thaine Robinson seconded the motion. Dan Hanna abstained. None opposed. Motion carried. 3. On March 22, 2006, Willowbrook Estates Final Plat fox Division #5 -Kirby Forbush at 3800 West 1000 North presented the final plat to the City Council. There are thirteen lots in Division #5. Kirby indicated the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the proposal with conditions. There needs to be a Development Agreement and a road to the north which would connect to future development on the north side of Kirby's development. Council Member Erickson indicated that Planning and Zoning did unanimously approve the final plat with those conditions. It is zoned RR2 with '/z acre lots, allowing two home sites per acre. Council Member Erickson moved to approve the final plat for Willowbrook Estates Final Plat for Division #5 as presented with the conditions; Council Member Benfield seconded the motion. Discussion: The Preliminary Plat was done and approved two years ago for 581ots. All vote aye, none opposed. The motion carried.
