cil regarding Cleanup v~leek and offered their assistance. The matter

approved.
ORDIP?ANCE NO 323.
Ordinance N0. 323 came regulaxy before the Council for tis second reading
Councilman D, ~";. Stowell moved that Ordinance N0 323 be read a Second ti-
me fully and distinctly at length and placed upon its final passage,
the said motion was seconded by councilamn H.A. '~'~right, and upon the roll
call the council mn voted as follows.
Ayes: F.D.Kelley ~- J.S: C7ebster - H.Z. Petersen = D.1~1. Stowell - and
H.A. Fright.
Tdays: Fred D. Shirley. ~j
Absent None. \

The motion of Councilman F.D. Nelley on the adoption o~the alcove resolution ~`~~"
was seconded oy "ouncilman D.v~i, Stowell and :upon<the platter beizig pint to a
vote the whole council noted aye.
THREFORE the >i'ayor declared that .the motion and carried and instructed the
clerk to spread the resolution upon the minutes': of the council. No ~iir-
then business appearing, the Council adjouned until -T'ay I. 2935 at 8pm,,
