Dave i~.anwearing Ianage-r of the Tdelaon Ricks Company, met with the council and offered _plans whereby the Edelson Ricks Co. could by installing certain puapinv° plants, return a portion of tine water now being used in their cooling plants, there by saving water and cutting their operating expence. 1^ile matter was refired to the water cormmittee. Councilman F.D.helley moved that the following resolution be passed by the Council, R E S O L U T I O N ',`Fi~REAS, The City of i~exburg has under consideration the execntmon of a Supplemental agreement modifying that certain Streeu °' ;~ t-~?~.traet tivith the Utah sewer and Light Company, dated Decei:,~:. IBth.
