Resolution direetin.; the appointment of a water commissioner in the City of
Rex'ourg and regulating the disposition and delives~,~ o:i' grater for irrigation
purposes within the City o=' Rex'buS and to vrater outside tl.e City who receive
vrater through the City Canal.
BE IT RESOI,UED By the Mayor and City Council oi, the City of Rexburg:
l.~ That the T~ayor of the City of Rexburg, be, and he is hereby directed to appoint a
Plater Commissioner for the said city pursuant to the provisions of Section 3988 of the Id~ino
Compiled Statutes, said water commissioner to do and peri'or!n tiie duties and services in said
section provided.
2,- That there shall be distributed and delivered to each water user vrho demands and
is entitled to the distrib~.ztion and delivery of water to lands outside the City limits rive
(~) i:tiner's inches, ar one-tenth (1/10) second foot, of flour, for each share of vrater right
and there shall oe, and is inereuy charged and levied, ar~d shall be collected morn each said
vrater. user y~4 for. each share oz water so delivered and ditributed to him during the season
of 1928,
3.- That the dish^ibution•ancl aelivery of vratert'or irritation purposes within the
City of Rexburg shall be made by the said water cammissioner and. there shall be cTzarged and
collected from each vrater user w5.00 for each share of vrater and vvat~r right, and that one
share small entitle the user to the use o1 water for irrigation purposes far seven (7) hours
time, once each ~~°,eel~, and that the time vihen each water user may so use the water shall be
fixed and regulated by said grater commissioner pursuantto the provisions os' Section 398Ei, Tdaho
Compiled Statutes.
