Said Ordinance DTo. 259 having finally passed, the same was presented t~-the I~i!ayor for his approval, a,nd he, having fully considered the same, thereupon, in open session of the Council, duly signed and approved said Ordinance DTo. 259. Said Ordinance DTo'. 259 vras thereupon ordered to be recorded in Ordinance Book No. 3 of said City. Zt was further ordered thd,t said Ordinance No. 254 be published at least one time i.n the regular issue of "I'he Rexburg Journal", a weekly neuvspaner printed and pub- lished and of general circulation in said City of Rexburg. That hlzere be a.nd is Hereby levied an assessment on said dis- tricta of an amount as provided in the bonding ordinances of said districts heretofore passed. SECTION ?_. That the City Clerk, is hereby authdrized to certify said assess- r.~ts in said districts to the County Auditor of Madison County, Idaho. SECTION 3. That there is hereby appropriated from. the funds of said dis- tricts, a sum sufficient to pay for clerical expensos in providing said certification of assessments. Signed ; John L.
