The Police Judge repart for the month gf November was read and upon motiean
of Archibald sedonded by Wright accepted and nrdersd filed.
The committee on Lawa and Order recommended that the request of ivIr Ulalsred,
wherein he asked permission frtom the city to open and operate a pool hall in the city,
be granted „providing the city ordinances and requirments were complied with.
Thereupon councilman Archibald moved and councilman Stowell second®d that ~`
the recommendation bm adopted,I~otien carried.
The petition of lir iNtiller and others asking that a curb and gutter be
constructed on 3rd east stye®t on the north side of main street to conform with that
on 3rd east street an tht south sido offi main street,was presented and read,The matter
was left with the Road & Bridge Committee.

The matter of purchasing an electric thawer was discussed and t.Vright
moved and Archibald seconded that the matter b~ referred ie 1Water Works Committee for
a repmrt. carried,
On motion of Zollinger seconded by Archibald the meeting adjourned.
