The matter of grading and paving with cement concrete side walks on certain of the city streets was then taken up and considered,it was then moved by Porta:r that the city attorney prepare a_resolution of intention of the city council to grade and pave with cement concrete sidewalks on parts of those certain streets of the city, known as Idain Strei t First .
