'~' '`r`r"`~`r'~~ The finance committee made the follovairig sport: 1PIt appearing that there is ~ °~~~ `~-,~ now on hand to the credit of Local Improvement District rt 9, the sum of p67~.26, \4~,~~~ we recommmend that warrants issued in payment of wont in this district, and unpe.id ,` "~~~ ~~~'~~ at this time, be called for payment up to this amount." ~ °~ It also appears that interest on the bonds issued by this district veil 1 =~ become due July 1, 1918, amounting to 2747.50, and that the money is not ,;~ \ availahle in the fund o£ the district at this time. 6Pe therefore recommend tha t V ~L.q;:..y~~A the City receive a warrant on the District for the amount of this interest, that ~ ~~~ is 5,2747.50, end that the City issue their own warrant in purchase of Tdew York ~'~~r_r't~ti,,~Draft for amomzt o£ interest, it being understood that the warrant o£ the District ~'~'~~~ in favor o£ the City shall be registered for payment and draw interest at the legal rate". The following resilution was introduced by Flamm: "Whereas it appears that the first interest payment on Bonds of Local Improvement District r`r 9, was not prepared in time to be included in the assessment of 1917, with which to meet the first interest payments on said bonds, it now becomes necessary to provide far the oollection of said delinquent interest by collecting eighteen months interest payable January 1, 1919.
