The minutes of the previous meetin` were -read and by motion by . G. zierdti seconded by
r^^.'~. =`~elley they were unanimously accepted as read.
The P.oad and3rid:~e Committee reported the City pasture to be rented to Ir_-.J. ?r'icIvor end
associates fora golf Course. the rental z~:~ould be `x10.00 for this season.. 1'-cued by
F.D. ~`elley aild seconded this proposi timi2 zRras passed unanimously in the affirmative.
In the- matter of the ?1a.nche 13umphrey case it :=ras moved by F. D. llelley and seeonfied
by R.G. llerdti that the following resolution 'oe passed.
Resolution;
'.'rTI33iA5~, on or about the 20th day of i'ovember, A.D. 1930, one 3lanche Iiumphrey fell
on the public sidev<<ali<_, on College Avenue, near the _bst Office, in the City of~~exburg,
and injured her knee, and as a result the-_•eof ?:as confined in Spencer's ?;ospital at
Idaho Calls for approximately twenty da~rs, and said 'slanche 1azrnphrey claimed the the
City of lYexburg was liable in damages for said inju-iy by reason of a.n alleged defect
