Present and presiding, Mayor fIenry Shirley Council members present, Ruth Smith, Albert Pieper, Wendell Ritchie, Dick Davis, Glenn Peterson. Also present, City engineer Clayter Forsgren and Larry Perkins, City Clerk and Treasurer, Beulah Johnson, City Attorney, Mary Smith. Bids as follows: Galey Construction: Water $104,801.40 Storm Sewer 84,208.10 -~ Hartwell Excavating $84,653.80 86,277.25 l .0 ' Clayter Forsgren is to study the contracts and ma/~cawards. Mayor Shirley read a letter from Gordon Dixon, explaining the balance of money from The Welcome Home Fund for the National Guard. Discussion an something for all returning service men.
