We need to coordinate it with our other ordinances. If there are any changes the board is aware • of we need to bring them to John or Stephen by the next meeting so they can modify the existing ordinance. Some of the things that need to be looked at are: • Front footage on cul de sacs Street lighting P.U.D. Private drives Storm Water RE. DISCUSSION ON S.T_GN ORDINANCE TOPIC: (500,162,,,SIGN5) Discussion on Sign Ordinance The existing ordinance has been hard to enforce the way it is written. In looking at the one Joe revised it looks too cumbersome. Stephen gave a copy of a smaller ordinance from another city for the board to review as well as the one Joe revised. John told the board to go through these ordinances and think of how if they were putting up a sign they could abuse this ordinance. This will be discussed at the next meeting. John went through Planning & Zoning procedures. Meeting adjourned. • •
