June 23, 1982 at City Hall
Meeting held June 23; 198.2 at the City Ha11 building.
Those present: Chuck Frost, Chairman
Jim Flamm
Mary Hill came in but excused herself because of a death in the family.
1. Ross Reese presented the final plat for the Fairways at Teton Lakes. He said that the
Health Dept. has approved it and the City water and seTx*er has beer appraved. Since there
was not a quorum present, Chuck Frost signed the plat and referred Mr. Reese to the. City
Council with the recommendation that the property be annexed. He also told him to bring
a copy of the restrictive covenants to the Council with the Plat.
2. Roger Harris and engineer Boyd Cardon far Golden Valley Development, presented a plat for
a trailer park, across the tracks west of Porter Park, to be called West Side Estate.
Chuck discussed with Mr. Harris and Mr. Cardon. the requirements for the placing of trailers
in a trailer park. They were told they would need to write up a restrictive covenants and
turn it in to the Council along with the .plans for approval.
Jim Flamm suggested that they pave the street and put in the curb and gutter and then
dedicate the street to the city, so the city could handle the snow removal and garbage
pickup.
They were told they also need to indicate on the plat that they will develop the sewer
also place fences as required by the .ordinance, and whether utilities are to be underground,
also specify if the easement down the back will be used for utilities.
Homes would not be allowed on the lots.
Tn sum*nar3T, Chuck Frost said this would be treated as a Hybrid Mobile Home Sub-Division,
rather than a trailer park. It would meet all the mobile home requirements, waive the laundry
facilities and .recreation area and put in a sump for drainage. The sewer lines and water
lines would be developed by the developer, also waive the requirements for sidewalks.
Parking would not be allowed on the-streets. They should also designate a name for the street
on the plat.
They were told if they would indicate the things that have been discussed on the drawing and
then the Commission would sign it off and .turn it to the City Council with the recommendation
to the city that they approve this as a Mobile Home Sub-Division - where people buy the
property and maintain the property.
Chuck told the Commission that Charles Cole was moving to Utah and had turned in his
resignation. The City Council will need to appoint some one to take his place. As this has
been the policy in the past.
The meeting closed at 8:45 P.M.
