Minutes of 27 August 1980 were read and approved. A group of students from Ricks College from the Housing and Interior Design Dept. were in attendance to observe a Planning & Zoning meeting. No Old Business New Business 1. Blaine and Ru1on Niederer presented a plot plan for a Cul-de-Sac on Bare St. They discussed the problem of the width of the street and Marie was asked to check the minutes of the City Council to find anything on when the street was platted. There were not enough committee members present for a quorum so no vote was taken on the plan. Chuck Frost asked 1~1r. Niederer to have his engineer draw a plot plan on a larger .scale so they could better tell what they were planning to do, also if they could get it soon enough, the commission could possibly call a special meeting before the City Council meeting on the 8th of October. 2. Charles Cole brought up the subject of a person having to be a resident of the City for five years to be on the Planning board._ Marie was asked to check with Mary Smith and report on findings at the next meeting. 3. Meeting adjourned with part of the members going to Bare St, to ovserve the problem there. Adjourned. at 9:00 p.m. ~( •
