• existing brick building on Center Street just South- of t}ze Post 01'fice. The lot is
g22 ~ x 2~7' b'r and the building is 56 r x 1+2 r (2 story). The plans met the Zoning
Ordinance requirements including adequate parking. k^rood ~~!.iller made a motion tc
accept the ;proposal, A1iee Tout seconded i.t, which z,~assed u.nanimousl~T.
3. Construction of tr;e Diet Center Office space and. storage area w<ws discussed,
1~.. Nile L3rown agreed to check <~ut the cti6-. z.nr--, and. possible constructior_ at Triple
A Rental.
5. Whitey Brock will request Ken Bird and Dean Licks to bring in plat plar~ si;ow-ing
adequate perking at their student hcus.ng developments,
6. The Board plans to tour the City at ~~:00 a.m, Saturday.
7. Park View Townhouses final plans were submitted, apr~roved, and put on file.

10. The Board requests 2 copies of the City's new zoning i~iap and asks that a copy
of the new map be posted in the rayon's Office since most of our meetings are held
there..
11. The Board Yas not been contacted further regarding the construction of carports
at Park Place.-Condominiums since tabling -the matter at the hugust 25, 1977 meeting.
12. The Board would appreciate a report on the i~~ll Hollow traffic problem near
the I~ill,Hollaw Mobile Home Park that was referred to tine Traffic nd Safety Committee
earlier.`
~3. The two alternative plans designating the City impact area, rur~~1 community
centers,. rural growth corridor and arterial frontage corridors prepared by r.
Arlo nelson were reviewed and discussed. Plan ~? showed a sprawl grow~~h pattern
while plan #~l discourages urban sprawl,
