1. A special meeting was called by Chairman 4dhitey Bz~ck to consider the final
drawing of the Fielding, Eames, and Lee townhouse development on the corner of
3rd East and ~'~icks Ave. L`~ze to a misunderstanding concerning the necessity of submittiii~:
final plot plans to the Planning Board before beginning construction, excavation
`had already begun. Their drawing shows six 12 `story (22_' x 36~') units, ~ facing; Ord
Eastand2facing Ricks Ave., all of wh.-i..chLave'22' ~ <~' double garages and lc~~

'The plans did not allow fox the required 20 ft. rear yard setback. Fielding,
who was present, ,agreed to cut out one of ti;e units facing Ricks and perhaps
widen the sth unit remainir~, so that the 20 ft. required rear yard would be to
the 'rTest; of their lot. (Refer to .Aug. 25, 19'77 Planning Board i~?inutes for mere
details on the proposed development.} Chairman, h~nitey Brock, so noted those
required ch:~nges on the plot plan broug~~t by I~ir. Fielding.
2. After again di cussing parking at student housing developments, Gale Yweber •
made a ;nation that Mr. Dean I~i:cks be asked to come to our next meeting and present
the plot plan snowing the required parking for Baran~ssa Apts. '4v'ood Hiller seconde d
the motion w~iich carried unanimously.
3. Names were suggested for additional planning board members to be submitted
to t'c~e City Council for their consideration.
