Friox to this meeting, a heaxing was held at 8:00 p.m. in`which the
Loren Grover property across from the Post Office was changed from
gone R2 to R3, ~;o one:at the meeting protested the action and the
council agreed ur_anmou~ly to change the zoning to R3.
~11so the Lyle Robinson property north of the Teton River and just
north of the Tri. County Lyuipment was.annex~ed and zoned Trdustrial 1.
~hi~ actioxi was alea unanimous with the stipulation that all utilities
frori the r i.ver north ar& to be ;.paid fQr by .the ,:.owner and in conformity
to ;the City's Subdivision Ordin~.nce until the city can afi'ford to provide

renlatted..due to the pavers being destroyed in 'the flood and that the
Lamphs were. issued a building hermit.
The new City m~.p is ready but capieti have not been made for distri-
