The question of dividing some of the L~.ocks in the Citp was discussed further.
Special mention eras made of the blocks north of the Third hard Chu rche It was
the feeling of those present that peri^~aps the best way to brie; abcut the divi lions
~af the variouv blocks wot~d be to keep the possibility of it being done before
the people. It ?Jas suggested that the Chai~~nan and Secretary contact, the local
papers with a view of getting an article in the paper on the subject and ins ring
those interested to come in to the next planning board meetingm
The probl e~? of water for t^e houses tklat are being Quilt and will be built upon the
hill was discussed. Those present expressed a feeling that there was need for a new
rese~r:rior to be errected an the hill. No action was ta:~en on this problem.

of health ~~ith respect to a a~werage dispoesal planter The engineer stated that there
was no possibility of getting feder~.l aid. He also expressed a desire to ce~~e to
R.e~aurg and sv~vey the promlerz. It eras suggested that the state engineer be invited
to come to Rexburg in order that b.e ~-iight give us; some suggestion as to the type

The new ~rmerr Building was discussed, it being reported that Harry Gra'_~~am said

The group rex~ressed a desire to contplemant the City or: t~_~ speed with which. they
h=.d brought tc completion t^e new City Parka. Those present fa3.t t:n~,t a fine job
had beer: done and that it was a real asset to the communitye
Being no further business to come before the meeting it was ac'Vc-~r~d to convene again
on they ~t~ monday in November.
