in order that the most urgently needed work will be accomplished first. thereafter
this city may at its option order the work terminated or suspended. it is

terminated or suspended.
Mr. J.B. DeMott, Mayor, Rexburg, Idaho.............2
As I stated to you a few days ago, i had expected to be prepared
to start the above work not later than august 20th. it now develops that
the engineer whom i intended to assign to the field work will not be available
until about two or three weeks from now. i am now endeavoring to locate
another man who can be assigned to the work, and I shall advise you
later when we can start. I do not wan to place a man who is not thoroughly
capable of accurate work, and would prefer to take more time to obtain a
well-qualified assistan for the field work. i hope this will be satisfactory.
Very truly yous,
/s/ R.F. Hamilton
