Miscellaneous Detail Changes

The following changes to the drawings are approved:
1) The #5 hairpin can be drilled through the pier on the outside of the
bolts and be bent at approximately 45 degrees into the concrete slab.
The hairpins should extend 8 feet minimum in length.
2) The two vertical dowel in the piers adjacent to the existing building
can be eliminated. Their will not be a grade beam installed between
the interior piers.
