Observations/ Remarks:
I arrived on site and began my observations of the structural steel and bolting of the steel framing. This building
has been up for approximately a year. No previous inspections have been done. I observed that the bolts of the
columns to beams and beam to beam connections were tightened to the snug tight position. I observed that the
faying surfaces were in contact with each other. No one was on site to notify of my observations.
