PUD Narrative Description
The Moody Road project we are proposing at 396 W. Moody Road is a 137-townhome project.
They will be a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two-car garage units, 1,540sqft two story units.
The Planned Unit Development will allow us to provide these units at a more affordable price
that otherwise the financials would allow. Since these units are targeted for young professionals
or young couples, we will have a walking trail, a tote lot and a dog park. In addition, although
not required by the city, we are also providing approx. 40 visitor parking stalls throughout the
project to make visiting owners easier and more accessible and not creating any parking issues.
We believe this more flexible approach through the Planned Unit Development will provide a
win/win/win situation for the future owners, the city and for us as developers.
