Do we need any sort of formal letter or any sort of formal documentation for the Contractor that he is green lighted to start construction on 06.01.2026?
Does the GC need a Pre-Construction meeting?

The check that we received was for $109,377.50.
$1,580.00 of those fees had already been paid.
Would you like the extra $1580.00 applied to the Home Depot Building Permit 26-00247?
The right of way will not hold up construction. We understand that you will continue working on the plat and, once that is recorded, it will dedicate the required right of way.

there was a call on 04.21.2026 with the Home Depot team / the city. This call was focused to provide a pathway for Home Depot to not only close on the property but to start on construction,
as indicated on the call we anticipate closing on the property tomorrow 05.22.2026 with start of construction on 06.01.2026
It was indicated on the call that the lot split with delay DEQ process in the interim as we get the PLAT down the road, it was also indicated by the city that we will be allowed to start
site work construction
At this time, we cannot afford to have miscommunication, if we can have a call to ensure that Home Depot can start on site at 06.01. can the city give us some availability for tomorrow?
As an update we have now started the DEQ process to further finalize the PLAT, etc. however we were not anticipating any hold up of onsite construction due to concurrent processing
