Professional Biography
Tina Lesh is the Managing Director of Copera Al, a technology company that launched on April 28,
2026. In this role, she oversees day-to-day operations, strategic vision, capital fundraising, and
business scaling initiatives.
Professional Background
Tina's career spans healthcare administration, behavioral health, and technology entrepreneurship.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene while raising her family alongside her husband,
William Lesh, who practiced as a sedation dentist. Together they owned and operated multiple dental
offices, with Tina overseeing staff management and all operational aspects of the practice.
Following William's passing in 2014, Tina founded a new Dental Services Organization (DSO) to
continue operating the dental practices until their son graduated from dental school in 2018. Prior to
her husband's passing, she also returned to education, earning a Master's degree in Counseling as a
Marriage and Family Therapist from Saint Martin's University in 2011, while managing five children
still at home.
In 2013, Tina worked briefly with LDS Family Services before applying her counseling expertise
through service with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Real Estate & Investing
For approximately 18 years, Tina has been actively involved in real estate investment, owning
properties in Washington state and Rexburg, Idaho. She is currently engaged in entitling commercial
properties in both states.
Personal Life
Born in Coupeville, Washington, Tina is the second of seven children born to Dennis and Evelyn
Bowers. She grew up on a beef farm near Winlock, Washington, graduating from Toledo High School
in 1988.
She was married to William Lesh for 24 years and together they had seven children—two girls and
five boys. After William's passing in 2014 and her subsequent move to Rexburg in 2020, Tina married
Rusty McWhorter in August 2024. They have eleven children together and twelve grandchildren.
Tina relocated to Rexburg with her two youngest sons, who were in high school at the time to be near
her daughters and grandchildren during the COVID pandemic. She has embraced the community and
purchased a home where she plans to settle long-term.
Community Engagement
Tina looks forward to serving the Rexburg community, drawing on the valuable skills she has
developed across multiple facets of business and life. Her diverse background—from agricultural
roots to healthcare administration, counseling, and technology leadership—has equipped her with a
unique perspective on problem-solving, financial management, long-term vision, branding and
synergistic team development.
