CITY OF REXBURG
Public Hearing: June 17, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. to be held before the Rexburg City Council, in the
City Council Chambers of the City Building at 35 North 1st East, Rexburg, Idaho, to vacate a certain portion of the Sky Meadows Plat located at approximately 1228 Stone Dr, Rexburg, Idaho (26-
00383). The tract of land described as follows:
Legal Description: LOTS 1-5, BLOCK 1; LOTS 1-20, BLOCK 5; LOTS 9-18, BLOCK 4; AND LOTS 1-9 AND 16-22, BLOCK 4, FINAL PLAT OF SKY MEADOWS, LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE
SOUTHWEST ¼ AND THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 40 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO
At such hearing the City Council will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations
relative to such proposed plat vacation. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section
67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
