The fee increases are due to the additional costs of operations, maintenance, and admin-istration of the various utilities as well as the capital costs of water and sewer systems. Additional information is available at City Hall during the regular office hours (M-Th 7:30 am to 5:30 pm & F 7:30 am to 12:30 pm). City Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities.
