Observations/Remarks:
I arrived on site at 11:25 AM and met with Scott from HK Contractors. He informed me that both right lanes on S
12th West and University Blvd. were ready for testing. The roller was smoothing the surface on University Blvd.
without leaving marks. I observed the water truck spreading water across the surface, which was adequately
moist and remained hard and unyielding under the load of the water truck. I procured a sample of -3/4” base
material that was stockpiled on site from HK’s Teton Pit, filled out my reports and left site at 1:20 PM.
