Observations/Remarks:
Arrived on site at 1:20 PM and met Leon from HK Contractors. He directed me to the South shoulder of
University Blvd, from S 12th West Street, approximately 700’ east. The contractor was still installing the first lift
on the west end, so I began testing on the east end. After testing approximately 600’, I caught up to them. I
informed Leon that I had another job to attend to and would return later. Left the site at 2:30 PM and returned
at 3:50 PM to finish testing. I informed Leon of my results before leaving the site at 4:55 PM.
