Please consider a less extreme step in rezoning the property on 12th West. The neighboring zone is RR2, and we are asking that you consider taking a step to LDR1 instead of skipping
to LDR2/LDR3.
The more moderate step will still add a great deal of development while being more compatible with the adjacent neighborhood, and hopefully not overloading the road capacities and available
services.
