First, it will provide additional either student or family housing that is in such high demand here in Rexburg. It will provide additional walk on customers to any and all businesses found along 5th West. It will make the land more desirable to develop, which will help us as the seller to be in a better position to be able to sell the land. Finally, it would provide a better property tax basis for the city to receive more revenue if the land is efficiently utilized to its highest potential.
