To whom it may concern,
Tractor Supply Company received a Conditional Use Permit for the following uses on the 4 acres
on the North end of Parcel No. RPR6N39E365401 located at approximately 1201 S 12th W.
Rexburg Idaho 83440. The Conditional Permit applies to only the property that will be split off and
owned by Tractor Supply Company.
Permit Number 26-00085 approved on 3-18-2026
The proposed use of the Property as a Tractor Supply Company retail store is a permitted use in this
zone along with the following.
• The outdoor display of merchandise in the Permanent Sidewalk Display Area on the sidewalk
directly in front of the in this Zoning District
• Pet grooming and washing services and pet veterinary services in this Zoning District
The following uses were granted by the Conditional Use Permit 26-00085 on 3-18-2026;
• The outdoor display of merchandise inside the Fenced Outdoor Display Area in this Zoning
District
• Installation and operation of a greenhouse in the Fenced Outdoor Display Area in this Zoning
District
• The outdoor display of merchandise in the Permanent Trailer & Equipment Display Area in this
Zoning District
• The outdoor display and sale of bulk propane from a 1,000-gallon tank, welding gas, live plants,
shrubs, flowers, trees and garden products, trailers, pedal boats and motorized vehicles, including
mini-bikes, dirt bikes, go-karts, scooters, tractors, and utility vehicles (a.k.a. UTV’s) and all-terrain
vehicles (a.k.a. ATV’s), in the aforementioned outdoor display areas in this Zoning District
• The outdoor display and sale of hay and forage in this Zoning District
