All, We have not yet received the CC&Rs, PUD Narrative, or PUD Points calculations. Without the additional documents, the plat will not be approved. To avoid additional review fees, I will wait to assign the reviews until we have received the additional documentation. I also noticed that the plat does not have PUD or Planned Unit Development in the title – which is something we typically see for a PUD. You’re welcome to make that correction and resubmit without incurring additional fees. The inclusion of these right-of-ways is required regardless of whether the applicant is proposing changes to the right-of-way itself. A right-of-way is vacated and rededicated only when the applicant intends to remove, modify, or relocate it. This policy ensures that right-of-ways and easements are accurately documented in land records and provides consistency and clarity for property owners, developers, and future title reviews. Please let me know if you have any questions.
