RE: Escrow Payment for Yellowstone Heights Condos Bldg. 2
Jared Killpack has deposited $26,439.00 for New Peak Construction in the City’s Account 01-
2200 on April 11, 2024 in escrow for the future asphalt work to be done on the north side of
Yellowstone Heights Condos Building 2 (Permit #21-00767), located at 238 Ella Ln Rexburg, ID
83440, to ensure a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. The check stub stated that this was
the amount agreed upon by email with Public Works Director Keith Davidson on 2/2/2024. The
amount was calculated as 3777 ft2 x $7 = $26,439.00.
The check stub #18826 and receipt #001218-0019 are attached.
