PLAT PURSUANT TO INSTRUMENT NUMBER 458114. THIS AMENDED PLAT
WAS DONE TO CHANGE ONE OF THE BUILDINGS FROM A 6 PLEX TO A 12
PLEX. THE BOUNDARY WAS DETERMINED BY FOUND MONUMENTS.
MONUMENTS FOUND WERE 5/8 INCH IRON RODS WITH PLASTIC CAPS
MARKED PLS 9369. ONE OF THE CORNERS OF THE AFOREMENTIONED
FIRST AMENDED PLAT WAS DESTROYED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE SIDEWALK AND WAS REPLACED WITH A COPPER HEAD IN THE
SIDEWALK MARKED PLS 9369.
