Rezone 301 S 12th W from Low Density Residential i (LDRI) to Low
Density Residential 2 (LDR2) Zone
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING MAP OF
THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT THE
ZONED DESIGNATION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, SITUATED IN REXBURG, MADISON
COUNTY, IDAHO, BE CHANGED AS HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED;
AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho:
SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, which is
filed with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended and changed
to provide that the hereinafter described property situated in the City of Rexburg,
Madison County, State of Idaho, regarding (#25 01158) to rezone 301 S 12th W
from Low Density Residential 1(LDR1) to Low Density Residential 2 (LDR2)
zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho.
The legal description of the said properties in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho,
are as follows:
Legal Description:
A PARCEL OF LAND THAT LIES FULLY WITHIN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF
THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 39
EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN. SUBJECT PARCEL BEING 13.434 ACRES OF LAND AS
DESCRIBED IN THE WARRANTY DEED INSTRUMENT NUMBER 250423 AS
FOUND IN THE MADISON COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE. BASIS OF BEARING IS
NORTH 890 48' 29" EAST 2637.14 FEET MEASURED BETWEEN THE FOUND WEST
QUARTER CORNER AND THE CENTER QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 25.
SUBJECT PARCEL BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A SET 5/8" IRON ROD AND CAP MARKED PLS 20907 ON THE
EAST WEST QUARTER SECTION LINE, SAID POINT LIES 793.8o FEET NORTH 890
48 29 EAST ALONG SAID QUARTER SECTION LINE FROM THE FOUND BRASS
CAP MARKING THE WEST QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 25, SAID POINT
BEING THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; RUNNING THENCE NORTH 000 21' 57"
WEST 659.96 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTH
HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 25; THENCE NORTH

SECTION II: That a new zoning map showing these amendments shall
be certified to and declared to be the official zoning map of the City of Rexburg by
passage of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of Rexburg.
SECTION III: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage,
approval and publication.
