Subject: Proposed curb and gutter
To Maror Merrill and members of Rexburg City Council.
We are uposing the Rexburg proposal of curb and gutter along 7th West south.
We feel this would not benefit our community, and unjustly place a financial burden on us and our
neighbors.
7th West South is the only road in and out of our 160 households. Please let us focus on the safety of our
community in the event there would need to be an evacuation! A unessicarry curb and gutter that would
only place a financial burden on a few would do nothing to save the many trapped with no escape. Please
exercise wisdom in this matter.What is needed here is not a curb and gutter. What is needed here, is
more than only one little road to evacuate 160 households.
