Construction Documents-Overall Site Plan
Sheet Notes:
1.REFER CLOSELY TO BUILDING LAYOUT DRAWINGS IN RELATION TO SITE LAYOUT
ITEMS. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY LISTED DIMENSIONS PRIOR TO
CONSTRUCTION.
2.COORDINATE INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL AND IRRIGATION CONDUITS AND
SLEEVES WITH RESPECTIVE CONTRACTORS.
3.ALL DIMENSIONS ARE TO FACE OF CURB, EDGE OF WALK, EDGE OF PAVEMENT,
EDGE OF FOUNDATION, EDGE OF WALLS, SAW CUT, OR CENTER OF POST.
4.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS, DISTANCES AND GRADES IN
THE FIELD AND BRING ANY DISCREPANCIES TO THE ATTENTION OF THE
ENGINEER FOR A DECISION PRIOR TO COMMENCING WITH THE WORK.
5.WHENEVER CONCRETE FLATWORK ABUTS BUILDINGS OR COLUMNS IT SHALL
HAVE AN EXPANSION JOINT.
6.PROVIDE SCORE JOINTS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. JOINTS ARE AN INTEGRAL PART
OF THE DESIGN AND SHALL NOT VARY FROM PATTERNS AND LOCATIONS
SHOWN. CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE ANY FLATWORK THAT DOES NOT
CONFORM TO THE DESIGN.
7.ALL WALKS AND FLATWORK SHALL BE ESTABLISHED IN THE FIELD FOR REVIEW
AND APPROVAL. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL LAY OUT THE AREA OR FORM WORK
FOR REVIEW BY ENGINEER. AFTER REVIEW AND NECESSARY MODIFICATIONS AS
DIRECTED, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION. IF
APPROVAL IS NOT OBTAINED, THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL
OF ANY UNAUTHORIZED FIELD ADJUSTMENTS.
8.TRANSITION OF CURVES TO OTHER CURVES AND CURVES TO TANGENTS SHALL
BE SMOOTH AND CONTINUOUS.
9.FINAL CONNECTION TO CIVIL/UTILITY/SITE SYSTEMS SHALL BE MADE BY THE
BUILDING CONTRACTOR. SITE CONTRACTOR WILL BRING PIPING TO WITHIN 5-FT
OF BUILDING (EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY NOTED OTHERWISE).
