THE WEST AND MID-SECTION, SECTION LINES HAVE BEEN HELD FOR THE WEST AND NORTH
BOUNDARIES. WARRANTY DEED INSTRUMENT No. 246171 (R4) AND ROS No. 272486 (R2) HAVE
BEEN USED TO ESTABLISH THE EAST AND SOUTH BOUNDARIES AS SHOWN HEREON.
FOUND MONUMENTS BETWEEN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER AND THE WEST ONE QUARTER CORNER
OF SECTION 8 HAVE BEEN HELD FOR THE BASIS OF BEARING. TAKEN AS N00°14'02"W, 2632.33'.
