Dear Mr.Grey
I received a letter from you dated January 21,2026.
As I understand it,you are going to tear up about 1/3 of my private driveway to make my private driveway handicap accessible,
even though I am not handicapped,and have not requested that you do this.Then,to really top off the government's
arrogance and overreach,you are going to bill ME,and put a lien on my house!Who do you think you are?What gives you the
right to do this?
I respectfully ask you to stop this foolish waste of taxpayer money!The yearly appraisal on my home has made my home
almost unaffordable,and yet the streets aren't any better,traffic flow is worse,garbage pick up remains the same,electricity
costs go up yearly,and nowyou come along and decide to add—$200 a month to my monthly payments. I am on a fixed
income. I cannot afford this!You are going to make it so only the filthy rich can live here! I suggest that you stop this. I am a
good citizen. I don't break laws. I clean up other people's trash in public areas. I don't speed. I keep my home and yard clean
and neat.And this is how you thank me?
If you are going to ignore the citizens of this community and proceed,then I suggest you take the money saved from not
plowing snow this winter and relieve me of this unacceptable,unwanted,unneeded and unaffordable debt. If you won't do
that,then I suggest you get hold of the appraiser and stop all property tax increases until this unfair and unjust lien is cleared!
